| Comments | Pharmacies are involved in medical care, such as providing medicines to local residents, but in recent years, "health support" has been required to support the maintenance and promotion of health. For this reason, we are working with pharmacists on "health support". We held "health fairs" for people in the community to improve their lifestyle. This "health fair" is based on constitutions such as obesity-related genes (obesity has many causes other than heredity), Kampo obesity constitution, and alcohol metabolism-related genes (you can see the strength of alcohol). In addition, from the results of the questionnaire conducted at the Hiroshima City Pharmacy, it became clear that the local people have high expectations for the pharmacy regarding "disease prevention". However, the current expectations for "health support" are still smaller than those for "medicine consultation," and we believe that cooperation with other medical occupations (questionnaire results) and further dissemination are necessary. |
