| Comments | I am interested in mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC), which is one of the cells used in regenerative medicine. MSC can differentiate into various cell types, bone, cartilage, fat, etc., but their differentiation potentials are variable, and depend on individual strain. Currently, MSC is defined by the expression of several types of surface markers, but since these surface antigens cannot evaluate accurately the differentiation potential of MSC. Therefore, my work is to investigate markers of MSC, which are able to evaluate their differentiation potentials from among the genes expressed in MSC. |
