Comments | Masaki Ogura is a Professor in the Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering at Hiroshima University, Japan. Prior to joining Hiroshima University, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania, USA, an Assistant Professor at the Nara Institute of Science and Technology, Japan, and an Associate Professor at Osaka University, Japan. He was a runner-up of the 2019 Best Paper Award by the IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering and a recipient of the 2012 SICE Best Paper Award.
