| Comments | Masaki Ogura is a Professor in the Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering at Hiroshima University, Japan. Prior to joining Hiroshima University, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania, USA, an Assistant Professor at the Nara Institute of Science and Technology, Japan, and an Associate Professor at Osaka University, Japan. His research interests include swarm control, artificial intelligence, self-organization, and complex systems. He was a runner-up of the 2019 Best Paper Award by the IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering and a recipient of the 2012 SICE Best Paper Award. He is an Associate Editor of the Journal of the Franklin Institute. |
