| Comments | I am engaged in pharmaceutical research based on molecular biology. One of the major concerns in cancer biology is how cancer cells acquire therapeutic resistance to radiation and chemotherapy. Recently, accumulating the lines of evidence revealed that heterogeneity of cancer cells is associated with therapy resistance in various types of tumors. Therefore, I am struggling every day to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the acquisition of therapeutic resistance at single cell level and identify promising targets for cancer therapy. |
