| Comments | I am exploring the regulatory mechanism of the genome mutagenesis. Genomic DNA, which is the blueprint of life, undergoes constant modifications mediated by exogenous factors such as radiation and ultraviolet light or endogenous sources such as reactive oxygen species, resulting in mutations in the DNA. I have been interested in diversely enzymes that suppress the dangerous mutations and have investigated how they suppress the mutations. I am aiming for the application to medical and pharmaceutical science by analyzing the regulatory molecular mechanisms of the genome mutagenesis. |
