Comments I am conducting basic research and technological development on the following research themes: measurement of food production processes using electrical properties, evaluation of mechanical properties and textures of foods, and mechanical processing of foods using low-temperature mechanical properties (eg. tissue separation of food by using cryo-milling and cryo-cutting).
