Comments I study about chromosome stability and function to apply them for prevent and cure cancer. I use genetics, molecular biology, cell biology.I want to understand the system of nuclear functions that regulate gene expression and maintain chromosome stability at molecular lebel. I use fluorescence live cell imaging of biomolecure that function inside the nucleus to quantitate the 3 dimention positions and movements of biomolecules. These data are analysed mathmatically to know the function of biomolecule and to find new biological phenomina.
